Now that all the wall sections are assembled 🏠 we need to put a cap 👒 on our building to protect it from the weather ☔.

Step 1: Fix the bracing plates to the roof rafters on the parts that will be insulated. For the parts visible from below (terrace roof and roof passes), the carpenters lay wood panelling🔨.

Step 2: fix the battens 🪚 and their under-roof film for the wainscoted areas as well as the gutters.

Step 3: fix the counter-battens and lay the tiles. All these first 3 steps will take 3 days.

Step 4: fix the wood panelling under the porch roof and waterproof the covered terrace.
