The Romans knew it well: the climate in Die region is meant for wine growing. They indeed grounded the ancestral "savoir-faire" of the Clairette de Die, almost two thousand years ago. Incomplete fermentation results in a sweet and fruity sparkling wine, very low in alcohol.
